Place Order

I don't have a shopping cart so you will be sending me an e-mail to order.

  • Let me know which Category/item you want (i.e. #200 on the Vintage Mermaid page).
  • If ordering a custom mermaid/seacreature or pinup, see additional order instructions below
  • Include your name and address, and if you want shipping insurance or not so I can calculate the shipping costs.
  • Indicate how your will be paying:  Check, Money Order, Paypal.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance.  For US customers I ship both USPS and UPS.  Delivery Confirmation is included in the shipping price which tracks the package from me to you and shows when it was delivered.  Insurance is an additional cost by the buyer and protects against damage/loss.  Insurance is not required but recommended as I cannot be responsible for the mishandling of the package in the mail.  For International customers I only ship USPS Priority Mail.

PayPal Processing Fee.  US customers, there is a 4% processing fee added to the total of your order if you pay via paypal.     International customers must pay via Paypal in US funds and a 6% processing fee is added to your total order.

Order Confirmation.  You will receive an email back confirming your order and the total price due.  Keep in mind that you will be corresponding just with me, Sandy, and not a big company so ask any questions you need to ask in your emails.

Additional information when ordering my Custom Vintage Mermaid and Pinup Art.......

Colors on my custom art can be matched to your decor.  If you have exact colors you need to match, I will ask that you send me color samples in the mail. Otherwise, use my color chart on my Custom Mermaid/Pinup page to select your hair, tailfin/outfit, eye color, and skintone.

Specify if you want a porcelain matte finish or a gloss finish.

I do not schedule your order on my calendar and give you a firm date until payment is received.  I work on a FIFO basis so whoever pays first gets the next slot on my calendar.    Your order confirmation email outlines your exact order, how it is to be done, the estimated completion date, total price with shipping, both our addresses, etc.  Before I ship your custom piece, I email you a picture to approve.

I do not mass produce my art, it is custom designed as it is ordered.  It is only me doing it, I don't have little elves in the back room helping me.  I enjoy each piece I create from the molding process to the final touches on their pretty eyes.  If something personal comes up (heck, I'm only human), I will let you know and see if your order can be delayed a few days.

And most important, remember that I answer my own phone, and I answer my own emails very timely.  You are dealing directly with me and I'm Texas friendly!!  Ask any questions, and ask for suggestions if you need them.  Often I can put different ones you want together and take a  picture so you can see the sizes and shapes all together in the unfinished piece before you order.  This helps a lot when designing a wall with several sets.
